Position Title: Project Manager for R&D Specializing in Ophthalmic, Otic, Injectable, and Nasal Formulations, UDFDA new Project Launch for further expansion

Job Overview: The Project Manager for R&D specialized in ophthalmic, otic, injectable, and nasal formulations will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development process of pharmaceutical products within these categories. From initial concept to commercialization, the Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, and drive innovation while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams comprising scientists, engineers, regulatory experts, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans aligned with organizational objectives, market demands, and regulatory requirements.

Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure timely delivery.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of evolving regulatory guidelines and ensure all projects adhere to applicable regulations and quality standards.

Communication: Facilitate clear and transparent communication among team members, senior management, and external partners to foster collaboration and alignment.

Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality management systems to uphold product quality, safety, and efficacy throughout the development process.

Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging lessons learned and best practices to enhance R&D efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience 10 years or above in project management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on ophthalmic, otic, injectable, or nasal formulations.

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development processes, including formulation, analytical testing, and regulatory affairs.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.

PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials are desirable.

Experience with regulatory submissions (e.g., FDA, EMA) is a plus.
