8. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry.

2. Strong knowledge of mobile phones, laptops, and accessories, including technical specifications and features.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
