Your Key Responsibilities

Develop and support sales and profitable growth for Schaeffler Lifetime solutions through the distribution network.Understand market trends and develop strategies for profitable business growth in.

Work closely with channel partners in creating market pull for the LTS product basket. Use analytics and market intelligence to identify opportunities for incremental growth. Identify whitespaces across geographies and end customer segments for footprint expansion of the LTS business.

Develop strong orderbook by launching growth oriented campaigns / schemes for distributors. Use marketing mediums (seminars, symposiums, customer meets) to amplify the visibility of our LTS offerings. Conduct joint customer visits along with distributors for product promotion and awareness. Create a robust mechanism for monthly funnel reviews with regional distribution teams.

Coordinate activities with Schaeffler Lifetime specialists globally to maximize business opportunities

Your Qualifications

At least 8-10 years of work experience in sales and marketing with a large size company in Distribution / MRO business. Must have exposure in handling industrial sales of lubricants

Language skills

Fluent in English communication both written and spoken

Knowledge of SAP/PC

Firm in the utilisation of modern and sophisticated IT tools (SAP knowledge is beneficial)

Technical Knowledge

Technical know-how,Products and Process knowledge.

Knowledge of Lubricants (Oil, Grease) and its application in different customer segment

Additional Necessary Knowledge Or Experiences

Cooperative working attitude but with strong target orientation.

Ability to work under high pressure.

Well structured and organised.
