Site Engineer

Opening for Site Engineer in a Design & Build Company:

IDPRO Group company in Design & Interior Fit out Industry is looking for Site Engineer with following requirements Job Responsibilities:

1.Planning, coordination and implementation from design till execution

2.Technical Knowledge, Attention to detail, able to follow approved drawings

3.Creating Project schedule, monitoring site progress status and arranging the manpower according to the project requirements.

4.Site Management Skills: To ensure all the day to day progress is on as per Project Schedule to meet deadlines, by coordinating with Subcontractors and Suppliers. .

5. Formulating cost estimates based on equipment, materials and labour requirements

6. Ensuring that construction projects meet environmental, safety, structural, zoning and aesthetic standards.

7. Determining and scheduling different stages of the building process, in accordance to the client needs.

8.Monitoring the progress of the project and as certain whether phases of the construction process are in compliance with building plans and project deadlines.

9.Assisting in managing and delivery of the project.

10.Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.

11. Sound Knowledge and Hands on experience in Civil, Interior Fitout, MEP and HVAC Works.

12.Overseeing the quality control and health and safety matters on site.

13.Prepare and provide Daily/Weekly/monthly status.

Candidate should be graduated in Bachelor degree holder Architecture/civil

Experience : Fresher and experienced

Must Have experience as Site Engineer

Languages preferred: English Mandatory ( Hindi )

Will able to relocate as per site location
