PMO responsibilities will include:
Leading & supporting Design, Mobilisation and Execution of PMO activities for medium to large programmes, managing most of the dimensions of Project Management Office/ Programme management Office for Transfer Pricing
Understanding of the Global Compliance Business and Transfer Pricing
Ability to handle routine tasks with directions and is ready for roles on complex, challenging assignments for Transfer Pricing & Global Compliance Business
Supporting multiple workstreams to create a centralized PMO organization including Transfer Pricing
Developing and maintaining the programme management plan, integrated master schedule, weekly and monthly reporting and financial management
Execution of governance & reporting on programmes across dimensions of – cost, schedule, scope and RAID
Managing programme communication, project meetings and outreach to programme teams
Identifying, recommending and implementing the appropriate tools, methods and templates that are required within the centralized PMO organization.
Setup and administration of PMO tools – Clarizen, MSP, Confluence, JIRA & Service Now
Complete handle and clarity on the commercial/ financial performance of a project/ programme
Support creation, validation and analysis of financial dashboards - plan vs actuals, financial forecast, profitability, work-in-progress, etc
Ensuring PMO services are delivered using best in class practices and methodologies – agile, waterfall & Lean project Management
Engaging with key stakeholders and client subject matter experts
Developing programme briefings
Implementing Lessons Learned analysis
Ensuring PMO services are delivered using best in class practices and methodologies
Contributing to building PMO proposals and RFPs
Fully support client projects including administration, organisation of project meetings and plans

Qualifications
The Individual & Expected Skills:
5-7 years of work experience in project management in a leading professional services firm (e.g. international consulting firm, Big 4, IT Enabled Services Industry) or existing PMO captive
Project Management/ Programme Management/ PMO experience for large TAX engagements, Transfer pricing
PMO experience with competency across most of the project management knowledge areas, including Project planning, Governance, Reporting, Risk Management, Transfer Pricing
Experience of working in an Agile environment & exposure to PM tools - such as Clarizen, MSP, Confluence, JIRA & Service Now
Ability to handle routine tasks with directions and is ready for roles on complex, challenging assignments
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in order to interact effectively with stakeholders around the globe
Be confident interacting and building relationships at the most senior levels
Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data quickly and draw meaningful insights
Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality of delivery
Willingness to work in a highly demanding and results oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently
Language skills: English (proficient). Other global language capabilities will be an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment, be flexible in their approach and open to work in UK shift times if required
Willingness to travel overseas for extended periods if required
Qualification
Post graduate degree from a reputed institute
PMP, CAPM, Prince 2 Certification will be an added advantage
