Search Engine Optimization Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO Specialist/Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO strategies, keyword research, and optimization techniques, with a focus on improving organic search rankings and driving targeted traffic to our website.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.

Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and optimize website content accordingly.

Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.

Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development.

Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes to adjust strategies and tactics as needed.

Track and report on key SEO metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to align SEO efforts with overall business goals.

Identify and implement opportunities for website optimization and technical SEO improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist/Manager in a tech-focused or AI company.

In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and techniques, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Certification in SEO or digital marketing is a plus.
