As a Loyalty Marketing Specialist for Gold Members at 4moles.com, you will be pivotal in enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction among our esteemed Gold members. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the Gold Club loyalty program, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for our most valued golfers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop a comprehensive loyalty marketing exclusively for Gold Club members, fostering a strong sense of loyalty and satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the loyalty program seamlessly into the overall golfers' experience.

Implement strategies to engage Gold Club members through personalized communication, exclusive offers, and tailored experiences.

Monitor member feedback and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the program based on member preferences and expectations.

Curate and manage a portfolio of exclusive benefits and privileges for Gold members, ensuring high perceived value.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to effectively promote and communicate these benefits.

Analyze member data and behavior to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.

Utilize data-driven insights to optimize the loyalty program, driving increased member satisfaction and retention.

Provide dedicated support to Gold members, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Work closely with the customer support team to ensure a consistent, high-quality service experience.

Open up third-party Brands.Â

Plan monthly or quarterly events for golfers.Â

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven minimum 2 years experience in loyalty marketing management or a customer-centric role.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform decision-making.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge or passion for the golf industry is a plus.
