2. Shift: US Shift (Night shift)

3. Salary: Hike

4. Working Days: 5 days

5. Working Hours: 7:00 PM- 5:00 AM

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner

● Providing customers with helpful information regarding products and services

● Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving

● Generating reports and analyzing customer feedback Qualifications:

Requirements & Skills:

● 3+ years of customer service experience.

● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

● Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

● Strong organizational and time management skills.

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
