Field Sales Executive

Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets in their designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.

Visiting clients and demonstrating our products/services to drive sales.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Negotiating contracts and terms of sale to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.

Providing after-sales support and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.

Keeping accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and activity reports.

Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and market share.

Requirements:

Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Salary:

The salary for this position will be competitive and based on experience and performance.

In addition to the base salary, commission or bonus structures may be offered based on achieving sales targets.
