Key Responsibilities

AI Software Operation

Proficiently operate AI software, including but not limited to ChatGPT, for various

publishing tasks.

Utilize AI tools to automate content generation, proofreading, and data analysis.

Ensure the smooth functioning of AI applications and troubleshoot any issues that may

arise.

Content Enhancement

Collaborate with editorial teams to enhance content quality using AIdriven suggestions.

Assist in the generation of engaging and errorfree content, including articles, reports,

and summaries.

Data Analysis

Utilize AI algorithms to analyze data related to publishing trends, audience engagement,

and content performance.

Extract valuable insights and provide recommendations for content optimization.

Quality Assurance

Review AIgenerated content to ensure accuracy, coherence, and adherence to publishing

guidelines.

Finetune AI models to improve content output and quality over time.

Training and Development

Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and natural language processing.

Provide training and guidance to colleagues on AI software usage and best practices.

Documentation

Maintain records of AIgenerated content, data analysis reports, and performance

metrics.

Create documentation outlining AI processes and workflows for reference.

Qualifications

Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade or above.
