Duties you'll be entrusted with:

An MIS Executive manages the development, maintenance, and implementation of an

organization's information systems. They oversee computer systems, software applications, and other technologies that support a business's operations and goals. Their duties include planning, integrating, and administering all organizational computer-related activities..

Basic Requirements

MIS preparation/trip sheet verification for invoicing.

Need to take a follow up with the customers for MIS approval.

Responsible for submitting all invoices to the customers without error.

Ensure all the partner payments are locked on time.

Follow continuously with the customers for debt collection.

Updating the trackers within the pre-defined timeline.

Taking follow up with our Ops team for order sanity, contract sanity, etc...

Aligning with Finance team for CN/DN/Reconciliation.

During festival season some ad-hoc tasks has to be done.

Resolving customer and partner queries if it's related to Finance.

Expectations from you:

Good written and verbal communication.

Customer relationship management.

Should be good in numbers.

Excel proficiency.
