What This Job Involves
Your role will involve managing the Building Store and the inventory, coordinating the purchase of goods and services on behalf of JLL. You will be responsible for coordination with Central Procurement Team and making key decisions about material planning & procurement, MIS, Inventory control, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, initiating corrective actions. Following would be your key deliverables:
Managing a vast variety of material and services related to Building Operations
Coordination with existing vendor base
Collection of quotations from respective vendors
Preparation of Rate Comparatives and approval from CPT
Custodian of material at store.
Raising PR as per the requirement given by the various departments
Approval of PR'S from respective stakeholders
Monitoring of regular items on the basis of predefined min, max & reorder inventory levels.
Issuance of PO / WO in ERP.
Receipt of material as per PO quantity / make / specifications / rates / taxes / other terms & conditions
Quantity & quality check in consultation with concerned building teams
Processing of vendor bills of material / services / job works
Issuance of material as per the duly approved issue slips
Proper placement of items in racks & maintenance of stores
Physical stock taking on routine basis
Preparation of weekly and monthly MIS.
Disposal of scrap in consultation with building team / purchase department
Any other task / responsibility assigned by the management time to time
Effective proactive liaison with other departments as necessary to forecast and plan to meet the supply and demand with relevant quality.
Maintaining database of vendors,category wise
Reporting:
You will be directly reporting to Building Manager and Head of Procurement

Being Analytical and Meticulous
You will be maintaining backup and validating inventory/supplies at the store. You will also be involved in data preparation, interpretation and analysis using statistical technique and tools in Excel, Internal CRM database and other data management systems; possess the ability to collate information.
Qualifications
You will have a bachelorâs degree preferably B.Sc/B.Com, BBA Or relevant educational background, with min. 5-7 years of work experience mainly in Stores function of any industry/facility management company. You should have a good communication skill (oral/ written).
