We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and a keen eye for detail. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with our marketing team to create visually stunning and effective content for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and e-commerce marketplaces. Additionally, you will be responsible for producing various marketing materials to support our brand across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including banners, social media graphics, email newsletters, and website visuals.
• Develop visually engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand identity and messaging.
• Design product images and graphics for e-commerce marketplaces to enhance product listings and drive sales.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm ideas and contribute to creative strategies.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all channels.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and improve visual communication.
Requirements:
• Experience in working on design & editing software like Illustrator, Photoshop & CorelDraw.
• Sense of colour combination, detailing and strong design & visualization skills
• Understanding of graphics designs, in digital and print media
• Detailing, especially with typesets, alignment and positioning
• Creative- both in thoughts and actions
• Strong communication skills (English language), especially to bounce off ideas
• Independent in handling ideas and directions
• Comfortable & well-versed with Corel Draw, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Should be capable of working on designs independently, which include new brand identity, brochures, posters, leaflets & other marketing communications for any online or offline medium.
• Academic training in Graphic Design / Applied Arts
• A degree in Design with relevant experience in a creative industry / Ad agency will be considered a plus
• Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment
• Knowledge of video editing on Premier Pro or Aftereffects would be an added advantage.
