This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Home Furnishings at Nova Window Blinds. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding sales in the home furnishings category. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.Qualifications

Proven experience in sales and business development

Strong negotiation and persuasive skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Knowledge of home furnishings industry

Ability to analyze market trends and competition
