Position: Business Development Manager - CPASS

Location: Noida

Summary:

As a Business Development Manager for CPASS, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our CPASS business by identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and exceeding sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, driving revenue growth, and shaping the future of communication technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

Identify and prioritize target markets and industries for CPASS solutions, based on market research and analysis.

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to penetrate new markets, acquire new clients, and expand our CPASS customer base.

Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including communication service providers, technology partners, and potential clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and engineering, to drive product innovation and meet customer needs.

Negotiate and close business deals with prospective clients, leveraging your understanding of CPASS solutions and communication technologies.

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, track sales performance, and provide regular reports on revenue forecasts, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Represent Prune at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to raise brand awareness, generate leads, and build strategic partnerships.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management roles within the communication technology sector.

Deep understanding of CPASS solutions, communication APIs, and messaging channels, including SMS, WhatsApp, email, and voice.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a passion for driving business growth.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
