Hostess

Passionate about F&B As a Hostess, you will create a friendly and hospitable environment & work with your team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

What You Will Be Doing

Take reservations and welcome guests to the assigned outlet

Be familiar with the menus and ongoing promotions

Communicates directly with guests i.e. presents menus, helps with recommendations

Maintains a professional / friendly, yet discreet relationship with the outlet patrons to ensure their well-being.

Teamwork skills to help take on tasks outside of their specific job description and to help other team members with service

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage

Previous experience in a similar role is an asset

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service

Additional Information

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Fluency in English, and additional languages are a plus
