This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Chef at FreshMojo. As an Assistant Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the head chef in day-to-day kitchen operations. This includes preparing ingredients, cooking, plating, and ensuring food quality and presentation meet FreshMojo standards. You will also assist in menu planning and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.Qualifications

Experience in a professional kitchen environment

Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques

Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment

Excellent time management skills

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Food safety and sanitation certification is a plus
