Job Description

ØPersonally drive and support the Financial Strategy. Encourages leadership team to develop effective revenue management strategies and set aggressive goals that will drive the property's financial performance.

ØActing as an AccorHotels Representative, own and manages the relationship with the owner while striking an effective balance between the owner's interests and the brand's interests.-

ØOrganize and direct the team to supervise all revenues and expenses, as well as all inventories.

ØResponsible for managing the day to day financial reporting and controlling requirements of the departments, and will be required to review and analyze management accounts.

ØTo plan, direct, supervise and coordinate the activities of the personnel involved in accounting and other financial functions of the organization.

ØMaintain an account of all the transactions of the organization.

ØResponsible for budget and cost controls, financial analysis, accounting practices and reports.

ØAny matter which may affect the interests of the hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.

Qualifications

ØExcellent verbal and written

communication; analytical and

reasoning skills; well versed with

problem solving techniques.

ØMBA in Finance

ØStrong organizational & inter-personal, leadership and management skills.

ØHighly responsible & reliable.

Ø10+ years of work experience and at least one to two years experience in a similar role.

ØStrong Operational knowledge.

ØAbility to work under pressure.
