Facility Maintenance Worker

Job Description

We are seeking an Experience Maintenance Worker to become a part of our team! This includes routine and preventive maintenance landscaping and other duties to maintain the property.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Perform Landlord’s general maintenance work

Repair minor issues with the buildings

Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion

Conduct repair of the building exterior, grounds, etc

Maintain a clean and a safe work space

Keep interior/exterior of the property in clean and orderly condition

Perform other duties, as assigned

Minimum Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred

3+ years of general maintenance experience

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, dry wall repairs, painting

Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields

Ability to lift 50lbs and no adversities to heights

Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment

Deadline and detail-oriented

Ability to handle physical workload. The Individual will be exposed to the constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying light and heavy loads, climbing stairs and ladders.

Ability to work Monday-Saturday (8:30AM - 5:30PM), on-call & rotation schedule

Must be a team player.
