Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Person who is a people person, upbeat and personable to work within our 5 person USG department. Includes downloading solicitations, reading & entering them into our ERP system. Creating Vendor RFQ's and associated checklists, entering pricing and final quote preparation. You will be responsible for reading and verifying data once the contracts are returned and supporting the contract review process. Position also requires resolving issues with customers and vendors, preparing email communication as well as telephone follow-up for status updates to assure on time delivery. We prefer candidates who have at least two years of contract management experience and must be able to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet customer deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities

Heavy Data entry - quick and efficient.

Ability to troubleshoot, resolve issues and interact with USG and suppliers.

Interact & work well within our USG Small Business team and external business partners.

Support our quality team with incoming receiving quality discrepancies.

Monitor and escalate supplier, customer or internal issues.

Downloading reports and extract data for monthly sales meetings

Utilize ERP system to monitor contract deadlines and conditions to ensure due dates are met or extended.

Requirements and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

2+ years of experience as a contract administrator, supply chain customer support, or similar role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office + Advanced Excel level, Power Point is desired.

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal)Company Description
