Worldwide Window Fashions is a Fabricator and Distributor of Custom

Window Treatments servicing the Retail, Interior Decorator & Designer,

Commercial, and Installer Window Covering Dealer Trade. If you are a people

Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

- Data Entry of phone, fax & email orders

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns.

- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.

- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their requests.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Meet performance standards set by Management.

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.

Worldwide Window Fashions Customer Service team hours are 8:30am-

5:00pm – Monday thru Friday. No weekend or evening hours are required.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High School Graduate or equivalent

• Familiarity with office software and phone systems a plus
