Certified Nurse Assistant - Home Care - Downtown Oakland and East Oakland, CA
PRN, PT and FTE hours available! Weekends only Available!
$2000 Sign on Bonus for FTE employees!

Must have the following qualifications:
Active and clear California CNA license
A valid California driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
Current CPR or BLS certificate and First Aid Card
Minimum (1) year of experience working with frail, elderly population
Schedule: Full-time day shift
Pay Rate: $20.98 to $31.47 per hour.
Bonus: $2,000k sign-on bonus
Mileage: Reimbursement per federal guidelines.
**Home Care CNA daily mileage varies between approximately 15-80 miles/day**
The CNA assists participants in the participant’s home. The CNA demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide personal care and light housekeeping services to frail elders who need help to maintain safety and comfort in the home. The CNA provides services as determined by the participant’s plan of care in accordance with PACE Program standards.
Responsibilities:
Following the care plan to complete tasks
Providing medication prompts
Providing light meal prep, followed by clean-up
Showering and bathing utilizing durable medical equipment and bathing aides
Dressing and grooming the elder in preparation for the day
Escorting elders to company vans, if needed
Assisting the elderly move from their bed to a chair or a wheelchair and assisting with ambulation using an assistive device
Light housekeeping, including dusting and vacuuming
Washing and folding Laundry
