Senior Human Resource Generalist
Responsibilities:
Hands on Payroll, off cycle payroll runs - Paycom
Employee Relations
Compensation & Benefits
Industrial Relations
Talent Acquisitions
Learning and Development
Wage Garnishment, PTO, 401K reconciliation, FSA reconciliation
Advise and counsel management on disciplinary action.
Knows California Labor Laws
Reports to the Global HR Director.
Pay Range $90,000-$115,000 YR
Qualifications
5-8 years HR Generalist experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Experience with Paycom and Epicor would be ideal
Strong knowledge of the HR and Payroll services
