Mandarin Speaking Safety Coordinator (Yellow Book) in Banting

Requirements: Registered competent Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with the Occupational Safety & Health Department (DOSH) - valid Yellow Book is a must for this position.

Minimum 5 to 8 year of working experience from manufacturing industries is required for this position.

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Applicant must be willing to be based in Banting.

Position: Safety Coordinator (Yellow Book) Location: Banting Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards.

Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Organize and conduct safety training programs for site personnel, emphasizing the importance of adhering to safety protocols.

Perform regular inspections of the work site to identify unsafe conditions and practices.

Take corrective actions as necessary.

Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.

Coordinate drills to ensure preparedness.

Investigate accidents and incidents, analyzing root causes and implementing preventive measures.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incidents.

Conduct regular safety meetings to communicate safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
