What will you do?

As a Grill Cook, you will: Prepare and cook meal items according to our recipes and specifications.

Work quickly and confidently in a fast-paced environment.

Multitask and learn from mistakes.

Help other departments as needed.

What do you need?

To be a successful Grill Cook, you need: At least one year of kitchen or work experience (preferred, but not required) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team Ability to lead and instruct others on cooking techniques and presentation A growth mindset that is curious, always learning and not afraid to ask questions with intellectual curiosity Product and production management aptitude managing high volume at efficiency Ability to work well under pressure A flexible schedule You need to be at least 18 years old to apply for this role How to apply?
