2. Proficient in Azure, AWS, GCP (Depth knowledge of their respective services and

capabilities)

3. Skilled in managing IAAS, PAAS, Databases, IaC, and Kubernetes

4. Knowledge in IAM (Access Management)

5. Knowledge on Operating Systems Windows & Linux)

6. Cloud operations reports

7. ITSM Process (Incident Management and Change Process)

8. Comprehensive Troubleshooting

9. Security Compliance (SIEM, Prisma)

10. Monitoring & Observability Tool (ELK)

11. Resource Optimization and Costing

12. Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) process

13. Audit Compliance

14. Knowledge on Scripting and Automation

15. Documentation (SOPs, Diagram, Procedures, Etc..)
