Job Details
As Precontruction Manager, your role is to oversee and guide the process to estimate and gauge feasibility of a project. Making sure to produce adequate forecasting and preconstruction planning to get a project ready on time.
EXPERIENCE
Significant experience with estimation and preconstruction work for heavy civil construction - inlcuding underground utilties and roadway
Strong forecasting abilities
Strong organizational and planning abilities
Good written and oral communication skills
Great understanding of technical needs
Great understanding of local, state, and federal requirements
*WWTP experience a plus
BACKGROUND PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience
10 years of related Project Management and Estimating
Expertise in Civil Construction and Utilities
Strong leader and team player
