Designer

MONO is looking for an ambitious mid to senior-level Designer with 5+ years of agency experience who is driven to make legendary work that works. The ideal candidate will possess strong graphic design skills with the desire to work in a media agnotistic world and be part of a cross-disciplined creative team. MONO is an idea-centric, collaborative, and multidisciplinary work environment, so the opportunity to push your craft beyond the traditional graphic design landscape is critical. The candidate will have a design degree (BFA or BA) and a track record of championing great social/digital ideas and creating content on social platforms. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.

This is a locally-based role, where relocation will be required for candidates living outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. We currently observe a hybrid work model. We work onsite every Tuesday and Wednesday for Work From MONO (WFM) days with the purpose of fostering agency connection. Travel is required.
