We are seeking Locker Room Cleaners who play an essential role in the US Open guest experience.

The Role

Ensure that the locker rooms are clean, stocked and well maintained while providing excellent customer service.

Clean, dust and vacuum locker rooms, showers, and bathrooms

Maintain an adequate supply of towels

Restock, toiletries, paper products, and other items as assigned

Assist with the cleaning of the Player Locker Room(s)

Empty trash receptacles and dirty towels

Notify the Manager of any maintenance concerns

Maintain an account for all supplies provided by the NTC Team

Wash Clothes as needed

Other duties as assigned

Who You Are

Prior guest or customer service experience preferred.

Thorough understanding of cleanliness standards.

Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.

Available for full duration of the US Open.

Flexible to work 8+ hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Comfortable standing for extended periods.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive team player.

Ability to remain composed in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.

Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Bilingual skills are a plus.

Salary: $17 per hour; overtime eligible

$35 daily meal allowance during tournament (via credential)

Seasonal
