YOUR DAY

Your role is vital as you offer services and advocate for families, both within and outside the agency. Employing evidence-based practices and diverse therapeutic methods, you provide individual and group therapy to children, adults, couples, and families. Conducting comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments, you collaborate with clients and their guardians to set treatment goals and intervene in crises when necessary.

You collaborate with fellow professionals and external agencies to coordinate services that enhance clients' mental health and overall stability. Additionally, you manage billing for self-pay and insured clients, actively participate in utilization reviews, and ensure compliance with insurance and Medicaid requirements. Your dedication to meticulous documentation reflects your commitment to creating a positive counseling environment for youth and families!

REQUIREMENTS

Here's what we need from you:

Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or another related human services field

Knowledge about evidence-based practices and a variety of treatment modalities used with the population we serve

Understanding and appreciation of multiculturalism

Ability and willingness to complete the children and residential experiences (CARE) and therapeutic crisis intervention (TCI) training

Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
