POSITION – Production Supervisor

JOB LOCATION – Sussex, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct-Hire or Temp to Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift

STARTING PAY – Depends on Experience, $50+k/year

REQUIRED EDUCATION – HS Diploma or Equivalent

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – 3+ years supervisory experience

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

3+ years management experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment

MUST have metal stamping manufacturing knowledge

MUST have ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations
