Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year A bit about us: We have manufacturing and distribution facilities located throughout the United States and in Canada and Italy.

Competitive base salary and overall compensation package Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Generous PTO, vacation, sick, and holidays Life Insurance coverage 401 (K) with generous company match Job Details You should have/know some of the following: Basic Fabrication – Ability to weld or experience with basic metal fabrication Overhead Doors – Experience diagnosing/resolving issues with overhead doors Rigging – Experience rigging and moving equipment with a boom Multi Meter – Experience with a meter or other electrical test equipment Schematics – Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic prints Repair-Education/Experience with machine operation and repair Mechanicals – Experience with servicing pneumatic compressors Conveyors - Experience servicing overhead conveyor systems Coating-Experience servicing coating or blasting systems PLC-Education/Experience servicing programmable logic systems High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Duties: Troubleshoot and minimize downtime issues on powder line as they arise.

Ensure product is produced and delivered on time.

Coordinate with team leaders, materials and manufacturing on a variety of issues.

Coordinate any powder issues and make sure they are done.

Makes sure powder coat supplies are ordered when needed.

Visual inspection of frames to ensure they meet quality standards.

Address team with any issues that arise to ensure that there are not continued quality issues.

Complete and submit days off requests, evaluations, corrective actions, and any other various paperwork.

Handles staffing/staffing issues and raises.

Work with powder coat maintenance to troubleshoot and minimize downtime issues on the line.

Coordinate with team leaders to make sure the line maintenance gets completed as needed.
