Fuse Media is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The Executive Assistant will support the needs of the executive office including admin support for the legal department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paralegal work, combined with experience in the entertainment industry. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. This position reports to the CEO and Head of Legal, and will be based in Glendale, CA. We practice a hybrid work model, with several in-office workdays required.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing and prioritizing their schedule, emails, and phone calls.

Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executive office.

Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up actions.

Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, conferences, and presentations.

Assist the legal department with paralegal functions, including contract reviews and tracking.

Conduct legal research and provide summaries and analysis of findings to support decision-making.

Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and intellectual property registrations.

Liaise with external legal counsel as necessary, maintaining strong professional relationships.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Provide additional support to other members of the executive team as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to senior management; Prior paralegal work within entertainment strongly preferred, studio/production experience a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training and hands-on experience.

Strong proficiency in computer software applications (i.e., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, plus Adobe Acrobat software).

Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

A high degree of responsiveness in managing requests will be important.

Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Detail oriented, organized, flexible, timely and accurate.

Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.

Friendly and professional demeanor.

SALARY RANGE

$70,000 - $90,000 annually (DOE)
