Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and coordination of proposals for aerospace projects (RFIs/RFPs), including Aerospace & Defense programs and research initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical information, pricing data, and project requirements.

Organize and maintain proposal documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Support senior Head of BD in preparing compelling and compliant proposals within established deadlines.

Coordinate proposal review meetings and follow-up on action items.

Conduct research and analysis to support proposal development and competitive positioning.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, Hard Tech or related field.

Strong interest in aerospace technology and space exploration.

White papers and technical writing skills

Prior experience in aerospace industry or related field preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

URGENT POSITION

SALARY: $110,000 - $120,000 + 15% bonus
