The PowerApps Portal / D365 Technical Architect is involved in all aspects of implementing Dynamics 365 CE solutions from conducting workshops through the project life cycle to go-live and on-going support. Your involvement with clients will include off-site and on-site work and you will be encouraged to develop your Dynamics knowledge and achieve relevant certifications. As a D365 solution architect you will be leading D365, PowerApps, PowerApps Portal /Power Pages implementations and CRM Migrations. You will be leading Solution Design sessions, assisting with configuration, assisting with data migration deliverables, creating required interface design documents, functional design documents and troubleshooting of customizations.

Responsibilities:

Delighting the customers with exceptional customer service

Manage and develop customer relationships and perceptions to achieve mutual goals.

Utilize your knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide the customer during pre-implementation, pre-migration consulting engagements such as Requirements workshops, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration, data migration.

Implementation planning and the delivery of value-added work, to scope, deadline, and budget.

Running client workshops on business processes, business requirements and system design

Business and systems analysis and documentation

Product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality

Production of design, system, user, and procedural documentation

Application configuration and setup

Provide system training to both internal and external clients.

Development and delivery of testing strategies

Liaising with on-shore and off-shore development teams to deliver robust solutions on time.

Managing change control

Design and execution of data migration strategies.

Go-live and post-live support.

Must have outstanding people management skills, including the ability to lead a team and mentor individuals in career growth.

Requirements – Education, Skill & Abilities:

12+ years Microsoft D365 CE implementation experience

2+ years of experience in implementing solutions using PowerApps Portals, PowerApps - Canvas Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate.

Enhance/ Customize Dynamics 365 CE forms, views, and workflows.

· Experience of MS .Net Framework 3, 4 using C#, .Net Core and Asp.net Core, knowledge of design patterns.

· Web Technologies – HTML5, CSS3, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, Angular, Web API, Restful services.

· Experience with SOA, Rest and Micro Services Architectural principle and patterns.

· Experience with Azure platform development, PowerApps, PowerBI, Azure flow, logic apps, Azure functions is advantageous.

· Experience in Azure Dev ops Build and MS Release Management

Dynamics CRM Development utilizing CRM SDK, XRMToolBox, Visual Studio, etc.

· Knowledge of power Platform security basics, experience in set up monitoring, Power platform Tuning and optimization, Compliance and Licensing
