The ideal candidate is a highly skilled Clinical Director who will be responsible for running day-to-day operations within 1 ABA clinic. The role will involve managing a caseload, mentoring BCBA's and the hiring of new staff.
Responsibilities
Leading a team to provide the best care possible to around 40 clients.
Recruiting new staff members
Managing a caseload
Mentoring BCBA's/RBT's
Qualifications
BCBA Qualified
2 years Clinical Director experience
Experience managing a caseload
5 years experience in ABA
