Title: Life Insurance & Annuity Managing Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: contract to hire

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 10 years of experience in an Operational role at a Carrier or Distributor, or as a Sr. Consultant at a consulting firm;

· Solid experience in Wealth Management, Life Insurance and Annuities;

· The ability to assess a situation and independently take action to address it;

· Some experience with industry order entry platforms; Affirm, AN4, LifeSpeed, etc.;

· Comfortable using data transformation tools such as VTXML and/or XML Spy;

· Experience delivering client training;

· Expert understanding of operational processes within Life Insurance and Annuities from Carrier standpoint;

· Solid writing and presentation skills;

· Excellent organizational skills;

· Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills;

· Ability to “Roll-up your sleeves” and assist team in meeting deliverables;

· A desire to mentor team members.
