Position Overview: As a Machinist at Reytek, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of cutting-edge cleanroom equipment. Operating a range of machinery, including the Mitsubishi Laser Cutter ML3015LV Plus 2, Trumpf punch and brake presses, CNCs, lathes, endmills, pipe benders, and wire benders, you will contribute to the production of high-precision components that meet the stringent standards of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Operate and set up machinery, including Mitsubishi Laser Cutter ML3015LV Plus 2, Trumpf punch and brake presses, CNCs, lathes, endmills, pipe benders, and wire benders.

Produce precision components for cleanroom equipment following engineering drawings and specifications.

Utilize NestMaster and Marry MAC software for efficient programming and nesting of parts.

Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functionality.

Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes.

Uphold Reytek's commitment to precision, reliability, and quality craftsmanship in every task.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Machinist, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Proficiency in operating Mitsubishi Laser Cutter ML3015LV Plus 2, Trumpf punch and brake presses, CNCs, lathes, endmills, pipe benders, and wire benders.

Experience with NestMaster and Marry MAC software for programming and nesting.

Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.

Ability to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.

Attention to detail, precision, and commitment to delivering high-quality products.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
