Entrepreneurial minded? KNYT CONSULTING,INC is looking for Entry Level candidates to enter our Entrepreneurship Training Program.

The position is for immediate hire, with the opportunity to quickly grow within the company while learning the ins and outs of how to develop a business, manage teams, interact with both customers and clients, and develop a successful entrepreneurial mindset.

What will the entry level phase entail?

Complete necessary training

Meet with new customers and generate sales

Represent company and clients with integrity & professionalism

Hit weekly sales goals

Make a positive contribution to our company culture and environment

Once promoted to leadership?

Mentor, coach, and develop new business account executives

Build, manage and develop a team of closing sales representatives

Work with Sales Engineers to define & build client-tailored demonstrations

Hire and train new sales representatives

Attend and run training sessions and management workshops

Achieve personal sales goals

Work directly with management on campaign development and team growth

Begin development and training for management

Minimum Qualifications to Apply

High School Diploma or GED (College Degree a huge plus!)

Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented

Ability to stand in a retail environment

Strong communication skills

Work a minimum 40-hour work week

Great attitude and ability to learn
