Senior Affiliate Manager CPS (igaming)

Key Responsibilities / Functions / Role:

Lead the planning and execution of complex casino gaming projects (iGaming) related to creative & gaming development, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Candidate will Lead and grow Affiliate partnerships towards iGaming vertical and build team under them.

Candidate should have sound knowledge in betting/casino/RMG domain and would take complete ownership of vertical.

Candidate should have good connects with International affiliates with WW traffic

Aggressively recruit new affiliates & partners for the iGaming brand.

Knowledge of genuine inventory & publishers - SEO, PPC, Telegram channels is must.

Handling direct and indirect models CPA/CPS/CPT/CPL campaigns.

Onboarding new Partners (Advertisers & Publishers) on regular basis.

Monitor affiliate activities and potential fraud or violations of the program.

Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme.

Analyse campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.

Meet and Exceed monthly goals.

Deliver Reports to Affiliates and Clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in same domain.

In-Depth and up-to-date knowledge of the Online casino igaming market/trends and affiliate programs.

Great command on verbal & written communication skills.

Should have knowledge of campaign setup, tracking platform, S2S integration.

Delivery of large-scale campaigns across various models/verticals.

Familiar with tracking dashboards such as Affise, Afftrack, Offerslook etc.

Thorough knowledge of attribution platforms like Appsflyer, Branch, Singular, Adjust, kochava etc.

Salary:

Rs. 10 Lakh CTC + Highly Incentivized Salary Structure for Performers.
