Job Description
As a Dietary Aide at Kingston Healthcare, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents' nutritional needs and overall well-being. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that our residents receive delicious and nutritious meals, while providing excellent service and care. Responsibilities:
Assisting with meal preparation and service in accordance with dietary guidelines
Setting up dining areas and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining spaces
Providing friendly and attentive service to residents during mealtimes.
Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
Collaborating with the culinary team to accommodate special dietary requirements and preferences.
Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a food service or healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to resident care
Willingness to adhere to dietary guidelines and safety protocols.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
