Overall, 6 8 yrs. of experience

At least 3 years of hands-on automation experience using UiPath.

Strong verbal written communication skills

Lead the launch and implementation of RPA solutions along with design technical specifications documents for RPA projects.

Work directly with the stakeholders and business analysts to understand the business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.

Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation an integration of technical solutions Understand the existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured control process Maintain proper documentation for the solutions test procedures and scenarios during UAT and Production phase Should be able to work independently end to end right from automation feasibility design coding testing and deployment.
