WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Our broad range of digital services for end customers also includes solutions for service differentiation based on important criteria and factors from marketing and sales. We are looking for a Senior Business Solution Consultant with a wide range of skills and knowledge to effectively create and maintain a high level of process automation across multiple digital channels that ensures a consistent offering of services and thus leads to a great personalized experience for our end customers with BASF.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position, you will advise and coach our business colleagues in BASF’s Customer Success Platform based on Salesforce, with a special focus on service-oriented processes.
You quickly gather and understand complex business requirements and develop design solutions for implementation, ensuring continuous integration, deployment, and optimization of our digital product.
Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring the processes are in alignment with the strategic customer approach of the business units.
Exploring and driving new innovative features (incl. (Gen) AI) that enhance the end user and customer experience will be an important part of your role.
With your experience, you coach team colleagues with less experience.
Detailed Tasks:
Consultancy of business stakeholders and end users
Gap fit and requirement analysis
Translating demands into User Stories that can be implemented by the development team
Leading business rollouts
User onboarding and training in Salesforce
Organization of user community events and activities
Cross-product collaboration
QUALIFICATIONS
Completed university degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration with a focus on IT/Digitalization or a comparable field of study
Several years of working experience with CRM’s
Knowledge and applied know-how in agile working methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
Hands-on consulting and customization experience in Salesforce (Sales, Marketing & Service Cloud), interfaces, web or cloud solutions, Salesforce certifications (i.e. SF Associate, Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant or similar) are beneficial
Excellent communication in English, language skills in German are plus
Customer-centric focus and ability to deliver sustainable best-fit solutions for our business units
Team player with entrepreneurial thinking and a desire to drive innovation forward
