Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (hybrid in-person / remote schedule) Salary: $50,000 / year The Application Support Specialist is a member of the IT team, whose primary responsibilities are to provide escalated application support, documentation, configuration, project management, and training to employees of Vinfen.

It requires both business skills and technical IT knowledge and demands an ability to manage multiple high-level tasks under pressure.

This position requires a commitment to system operation efficiency, a desire to drive process improvement, and the ability to measure the performance of integrated systems.

The incumbent in this position must have a strong technical background and experience, project management experience, a customer service mindset, and excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities include: * Manage, administer, and support all applications within a designated business line.

* Work in conjunction with end users and project sponsors to gain an understanding of desired functionality to defining system requirements.

* Document and maintain program configurations, job processes, and program modifications.

* Document and maintain system procedures and guidelines for users.

* Develop and deliver ad hoc report requests and publish designated reports on Vinfen's intranet.

* Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required * Assist with systems integrations * Deliver training to teams within the business * Prepare maintenance plans and upgrade schedules Why Vinfen?
