Agent Partner

We are looking for experienced real estate agents to join our dynamic and fast-growing team while operating in a supporting role. An Agent Partner is motivated and passionate about making the home-buying experience as simple and streamlined as it can be for our clients while assisting our Lead Agents.

If you draw energy from working with people, the role of Agent Partner may be for you. An Agent Partner will have a desire to support the Lead Agent in achieving team success while being committed to growing their own skills and developing into a trusted and valuable team member within our organization.

After the Lead Agent performs a needs analysis and consults the buyer client on the home buying process and shares our unique value proposition, the Lead Agent will then pass the desired criteria to the Agent Partner. The Agent Partner will then get to work in helping to find homes that match the desired criteria and then set up appointments, communicate with all parties at a high level, and then show the properties. As clients explore areas and view homes, the Agent Partner will work with clients to continually refine the search criteria and will of course show additional homes as needed. When our buyer clients have found their perfect match and are ready to make an offer, the Agent Partner will then connect them back with the Lead Agent to assist in the contract writing process.

Our Agent Partners should be able to successfully show homes to around five to seven buyers a month while being compensated for the successful closing of each transaction.

The Agent Partner will have a real estate license in order to meet state-mandated criteria for the duties in this role.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Driving to and showing homes to buyer clients

Finding homes that meet buyer client criteria

Be knowledgeable of Tulsa and the surrounding areas

Have communication skills to refine their criteria as needed

Resourcefulness in finding homes that meet buyer criteria

Being well-skilled in the art of converting leads and following up

Organized and able to use technology and tools

Communications/Interactions

Lead Agent – daily

Buyers– daily

Compensation

$40,000 - $70,000 per year. Where one would fall in that range solely depends on the Agent Partner’s ability and motivation to focus on and follow our proven systems as well as having a passion for increasing their skill set on a daily basis.Compensation:

Have a growth mindset and eagerness to learn and be held accountable for personal and professional goals

Follow-up with leads to increase sales and grow the pipeline

Nurture relationships to connect with our clients to generate more sales

Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood

Assist in writing and submitting contracts, when needed

Availability to attend consultations, inspections, and closings with clientsQualifications:

Tech and social media savvy

Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently

Real estate experience is preferred

Organized and manages time effectively
