Associate Strategist

Ogilvy Social is a global, cross-discipline team of social experts from across all of Ogilvy’s businesses. We know there’s a new customer and stakeholder journey defined by the increasing impact our networks have on purchase decision and our behaviors. We design integrated social solutions that combine deep disciplines like CRM, public relations and shopper marketing and rooted in what drives behavior.

Associate Digital Strategist responsibilities include:

Online research and social media monitoring using a variety of social media listening tools

Social media strategy development

Campaign execution in the areas of content, community management, influencer identification, influencer outreach and offline activation

Participate in the creation of social content, ranging from social post, animations to advertorial

Manage all internal communications and projects, direct creative to apply client feedback to deliverables

Create monthly, half-yearly and annual reporting of project status & results

Analyze data and provide sound insights using a variety of social media analytics tools

Day-to-day client relationship management

Project management

In order to be successful in this role you must:

Have a Bachelors degree or equivalent with a strong academic record

Have 1+ years work experience in an advertising or PR agency, or related field; Fresh graduate will be consider

Native in Cantonese and Fluent in English language, reading and writing

Have excellent communication skills – verbal and written

Think critically and creatively, meaning the ability to think clearly and rationally, solve problems and develop new and useful possibilities

Plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion

Work calmly and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced work environment

Understand current and emerging media platforms and their usage from a consumer and business perspective

Be passionate about social media and word of mouth marketing

Have good understanding and strong passion on social platforms, especially Facebook & Instagram, knowledge of both platforms post formats is a MUST
