Position: Lead Preschool Teacher

Location: GREEN Life Child Development Center

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:

Must undergo a comprehensive background check

Child Development Associate (CDA) certification

Experience teaching children aged 33 months to Kindergarten

Genuine love for children and a passion for early childhood development

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans

Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development

Create a positive and supportive learning environment where children feel valued, respected, and encouraged to explore and learn

Establish and maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and development

Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the preschool program

Conduct ongoing assessments and observations to track children's progress and make necessary adjustments to curriculum and teaching strategies
