Job Description

We’re seeking a physician practicing in the greater Lafayette or Baton Rouge area to join our national network of affiliated physicians in providing hormone replacement therapy to our patients in your area. We are an organization with more than 23 years’ experience successfully treating menopause, hypogonadism, ED, and other ailments associated with hormone deficiency.

As an Affiliate Physician, you will enhance your practice revenues by collecting a physician’s fee for performing the required patient examination in keeping with the standards established by our medical team. In addition, our clients are typically more affluent and are inclined to travel longer distances for quality care. To minimize the impact on you and your practice, new clients are assigned a personal company representative who will guide them through the process, assist with scheduling, and field any non-medical issues they may have. This is an independent contractor agreement, affording you total flexibility and autonomy in your practice.

BENEFITS:

We send patients to you.

You are paid monthly for each patient you see.

Remittance is the same whether the exam is conducted in-person or via telemedicine.

We do all the Google and Social Media advertising in your area.

You will draw patients from a wider geographic area.

Patients are assigned a personal rep who will guide them through the process.

Prior HRT experience is not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must complete an Affiliated Physician Application and Authorization for Background Check.

Must have current and valid medical licenses including a DEA license.

Must have sufficient malpractice insurance for the State, or States, in which you practice.

Must perform the initial evaluation, provide consultation, and write the prescriptions necessary for the patient to complete a full therapy cycle of one year.
