Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our Long Term Care Pharmacy team on a 7on 7off schedule, working third shift. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to our long-term care residents, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

Dispense medication orders while adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Review and interpret physician orders for appropriateness, accuracy, and completeness.

Verify medication dosages and directions prior to dispensing.

Monitor patient profiles to ensure proper drug selection and dosage.

Provide drug information and consultation to healthcare professionals and residents.

Participate in quality assurance activities and medication therapy management programs.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Assist with inventory management and medication procurement.

Shift:

Overnight:9:00pm - 7:00am

7 on 7 off.

Contract to potential hire

Qualifications:

Pharmacy experience.

LTC or retail experience a plus.

TN Pharmacistlicense.
