Overview:
Our Office Administrator will have a knack for driving a positive employee experience and demonstrated proficiency owning different segments of the day-to-day office operations. They will work to build and/or improve upon internal workflows to make these tasks as simple and efficient as possible. Our goal of this role is to bring aboard a true team player that is dedicated to ensuring the greater team is prepared, resourced, and taken care of by managing office vendor relations and inventory. In emphasis of the bullets below, we’ll look for someone with a track record of taking pride in owning the appearance and cleanliness of the office.
Responsibilities:
Primary Duties
Inventory of office supplies for ordering
Weekly grocery purchases
Receives packages/orders and puts away
Organize, set up and reset conference rooms for meetings
Restocks kitchen and kitchenette stations
Sets up and breakdown catering orders
Assist colleagues and visitors with drop-in workstations
Provides office tours
Shipping of any outgoing mail requests
Plant care for office plants
Works With
Product Operations Team
Executive Assistant to CEO
Special focus on R&D team members, as Radnor, PA is one of Certara's major R&D hubs
All Certara staff from all divisions (Software, Services, Corporate, etc.) who are 1) local to the Radnor, PA area and/or 2) frequent visitors to the Radnor, PA area as the hub for large cross-team gatherings, "on-sites," and events
Qualifications:
Must
Have experience and openness in serving as the Point-of-Contact for reception
Have strong experience within office management and/or administration
People person with the drive and ability to positively influence culture
Drive a positive employee experience by responding and resolving employee requests/issues quickly
Have a genuine interest in and motivation to do facilities work
A strong attention to detail, organization and impeccable communication skills
Be able to get things done efficiently

Prior experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality industries
Prior training in Office Management or Administrative Assistance
